Return & Refund Policy

At Bloom & Bond Co., I want you to love every item you order! If something doesn’t work out, I gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

🕒 Return Window

•Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
•To begin a return, please include a short description of the reason for your return (ex: size, fit, color difference, etc.) when you contact me.

📦 Return Requirements

•Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received.

•All original tags and packaging must still be attached.
•The item must not have any visible wear, stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, or odors.  

💰 Refunds 

•Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method if the item shows no visible differences from its original condition when shipped out.

•If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage that differ from its original condition, the refund may be denied and the item returned to you.

🚚 Shipping

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

•Please ship your return using a trackable method for your records.
